A Structured credit fund based out of India with a sector agnostic approach and active in Special Situation's and Stressed assets investments. The client training partner for the design and delivery of a modular training curriculum for experienced associates and staff working in debt origination, structuring and credit analysis departments.

• Relevant sector specific illustrations and firm’s risk processes and procedures were incorporated in the curriculum

• The program was delivered through four full day sessions covering the following areas

1. Advanced Corporate Credit Fundamentals

2. Debt structuring process with particular emphasis on Oil and Gas Sector

3. Tailored monitoring mechanism covering Covenant screening and Risk management
